Prof. Sebastião Feyo de Azevedo

Prof. Sebastião Feyo de Azevedo studied at the University of Porto, where he graduated in Chemical Engineering in 1973, and at the University of Wales, where he obtained his doctorate in 1982. He is now Professor Emeritus at FEUP and in the professional sphere he is a Member of the Order of Engineers with the Degree of Counselor and a Member of the Academy of Engineering, where is also President of the Academy of Engineering. He was also Director of the FCT Doctoral Program with Companies - EngIQ Program (2012-2014), National Vice-President of the Order of Engineers, President of the European Working Group on Chemical Engineering Education, Vice-President of the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education and External Examiner for the chemical engineering course at University College Dublin.
